CAPE

Children At Play and Education

Our out of school and holiday clubs offer parents and carers the reassurance that their children will be cared for in a enabling environment by fully trained, professional staff, whilst enjoying an array of entertaining activities.

We understand that every child is unique and has the right to relax, play and join in a wide range of cultural and artistic activities. All children and young people need to play; children learn and develop through play experiences, which is why we work closely with children, parents/carers, teachers and other agencies to build positive relationships and ensure we meet the needs of all the families who utilise our clubs.

The safety and well-being of your child is of upmost importance to us, therefore, the management team are happy to meet with prospective parents/carers to discuss your child’s needs if necessary.

Cape clubs put the emphasis on FUN. Our ethos is to let children be children. Whilst in our care your child will have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of fun activities including:

Forest Schools

It is our aim for all our clubs to create and develop their own Forest School area within the grounds. Activities include den building, making mud sculptures, and creating mud kitchens, adapting activities as the seasons change. Children will have plenty of outdoor play opportunities whilst taking part in Forest School activities.

Design & Create

Within each setting Children will have plenty of opportunities to use their creative sides. From fashion design, pottery, tie dye, set/prop design and rainbow looms. Staff plan, alongside the children, a variety of creative activities for your child to take part in.

Activ8

Children need to partake in physically activities to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is not only to help children keep fit with our activ8 activities but to develop teamwork and team building skills. Our activities include Rugby Tots sessions, Football, Dodgeball, Cheerleading, Playground games, Dance sessions and much more.

The Lab

Children are intrinsically curious, which is why we offer the chance for them to work things out. Our science activities are not only fun, but will give your child the opportunity to see how things work when participating in fun experiments and invention workshops.

All The Right Moves

Street Dance, Drama Games, Acting Workshops, Musical Theatre…your children will love All the Right Moves. These activities help build confidence whilst having fun with the freedom to express themselves.
